It was Xander's turn to do the grocery run for the week and, honestly, he dreaded it. He much preferred going with his beloved fiancee, if only because she was much better at picking out foods that were much more healthy and filling, rather than just instant food that he usually picked out. However, seeing as Kaida had been so kind as to actually write him out a list, he was much more focused and ready to complete the task fully before heading back home and making dinner for when she got home from work at the tattoo shop. Oh yes, life was good for the young man, and he honestly could say he had never been happier. After he had met Kaida, he knew that his life was going to do nothing but improve. Of course, he had his fair share of women over the years, and only two others were worth mentioning. Though, as special as they were, neither of them compared to the attraction, happiness, elation (and plenty of other words he could list off) that he felt towards Kaida. Having such a fantastic woman in his life wasn't the only thing that made it so worth living - though it was a rather large part of it - he also finally was able to live out his dream of owning his own t-shirt shop, where kids could buy their favourite band shirt without the outrageous prices. He was also surrounded by amazing friends, which was also a huge bonus in his opinion, and part of a band that seemed to actually be going somewhere. So, in short, as Xander walked down the isles of his local supermarket, he was whistling a humming to himself the whole time, not really caring if anyone was annoyed by it. As he pulled the crumpled list out of his pocket, he read the next thing on the list and cringed; why Kaida enjoyed tomatoes on anything, he'd never know. The only reason he even thought about having them in the house was because he knew that she loved them as much as she did. Sighing softly, he looked up at where they could possibly be, not really watching where he was going as he headed in the general direction of the procuse section.
